⚙️ STEP-BY-STEP: LET’S BUILD YOUR TWIN CIRCLE TRADE SHOW SUPERSTRUCTURE

STEP 1 — Lay Down the Foundations (Literally!)

Grab your 8 SQ-4137 base plates and place them where your two circular booths will stand — four bases for Circle 1, four bases for Circle 2.

Make sure each circle is positioned facing each other like two giant donuts waiting to be connected by a magical aluminum truss bridge.
Leave enough room between them for the F34 3.38 ft top middle truss to fit later.

This is the beginning of your convention booth truss masterpiece.

STEP 2 — Build the Vertical Posts

On each base plate, mount one F34 9.02 ft box truss.

You now have:

• 4 posts for Circle 1

• 4 posts for Circle 2

These form the sturdy walls of your global truss circle booths and set your height at 9.97 ft once the circular rings go up top.

STEP 3 — Prepare Both Circles (Your Halo Rings of Greatness)

Take your first SQ-C3-90 circle segment and attach 4 ST-UJB-12 connectors at the North, East, South, and West connection points.

Boom — that instantly brings your outer diameter to 10.79 ft.

Repeat the same for Circle 2.

The ST-UJB-12s not only expand the diameter — they also act as the top anchor points for your vertical posts.

These circles are the stars of your setup — the ultimate display booth truss eye candy.

STEP 4 — Lift Circle 1 Into Position

Grab your build team (or a few strong friends) and carefully lift Circle 1 up above the vertical posts.

Attach the ends of your ST-UJB-12 connectors to the tops of the F34 vertical trusses using your ST-UJB-12/C-12 half couplers.

Once secured, Circle 1 stands tall at its full 10.79×10.79×9.97 ft glory.

STEP 5 — Lift Circle 2 Into Position

Now do the same thing for Circle 2.

Lift, align, clamp, and secure.
Once attached, your twin circle structures look like two massive halo platforms ready for branding, lighting truss, and high-impact visual displays.

At this point the booth already screams:

“Come over here — our brand is cooler than your brand.”

STEP 6 — Connect the Two Circles with the Top Middle F34 Beam

Now for the dramatic finale.

Take your Global Truss F34 3.38 ft connector truss and mount it between the two ST-UJB-12 junctions (one from each circle) that face each other.

This creates a perfect structural bridge.
