Some close-outs, clearance or discontinued products will not qualify for additional discounts. Some exclusions apply with manufacturer & tariff pricing increases.
We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax from all customers in Texas. Tax Exempt customers must call in their orders and provide proof of TAX EXEMPT status.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pre-payment by Cashiers Check or Bank Wire. All other checks and forms of payment must clear with our bank before we can ship the product. Pay-Pal can only be used with orders taken over the phone. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Cash & Credit Card Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. We will gladly take back any stock Item for any reason within 30 days of purchase (if returned in new condition with new box, all accessories and packing), and issue a merchandise store credit (less original cost of shipping for standard, freight line and “free shipping” offers). A Re-Stocking Fee may apply.

All credit card orders will be shipped to the billing address unless an alternate address is listed with the credit card.
If you wish to ship to an alternate address please contact your banks customer service number located on the back of the card and request they “list” the address. Then contact us to assist in performing a merchant verification. This only takes about 5 minutes on the phone.
If your billing address is a P.O. Box please contact us prior to placing your FIRST order to perform the same merchant verification process above.

Free standard Ground shipping via UPS or USPS applies to any order with a product total of over $99, (excluding polished aluminum trussing, related accessories and products).
Standard shipping rates apply if product total is under $99.
Polished aluminum trussing orders do not ship free. MOST polished aluminum truss orders will require about an hour to get a fairly accurate freight quote.
Aluminum Truss from Global Truss now has a shipping charge on any size order. Our sales team will contact you for the additional shipping charge.

The first step is to call 281 880-9922 to see if your product will be returned to our warehouse, or to the manufacturer. All returns must include the original box and packaging as well as all cables, accessories, instruction manuals and warranty registration cards. Any items received without a Return Authorization will be refused by our receiving department. All items must be double-boxed to ensure that we receive the item in good condition. Do not mark on the original manufacturers box.
There is no credit for shipping fees when returning an item for store credit or exchange, including fees incurred by FamousStages.com as a result of the “free shipping” guidelines. Items that can not be returned include music, software, light bulbs, and all fluids. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if new and a 30% restocking charge (less cost of shipping) if used or not in new condition (including manufacturers boxes).
Warranty for Defective Merchandise
ALL manufacturers offer their own warranty. The customer must contact that manufacturer to obtain an RMA # as per the manufacturers individual Warranty & Return Policies and those items can not be returned to Famous Stages.
The defective item must be shipped in all original packaging and a Return Authorization number (RA#) must be obtained. Some products will be shipped to High Energy Lighting and others will be shipped to the manufacturer.
Important information if you need to return an item. Any item returned scratched or damaged in any way, including manufacturers box, will not be replaced.
Call for a “Return Authorization number”. *No boxes will be accepted without an R.A.#.*
Pack the item in all “original” manufacturers packing material including manufacturers box. “Both the item and it's box must look new when returned.*
Do not mark on or use duct tape or masking tape to seal manufacturers box.
Place this box inside another larger box for shipping. It is your responsibility to make sure you packed the item sufficiently to prevent damage during transportation. “Insure the box for it's value to protect you in case of loss or damage.*

Please take time to double check an item before returning it. 9 out of 10 items returned are not defective when we test them. High Energy Lighting offers the following limited warranty to the original purchaser of High Energy Lighting products within the period covered.
Under no circumstances will High Energy Lighting be liable for any expenses incurred by reason of use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular use or otherwise.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
