🛠️ Step-by-Step Build: From Ground to Glory

Step 1: Set the Base & Go Vertical

Place your SQ-4137 base plates on the floor to mark the four corners of your display area.

Slide your 9.02 ft vertical truss posts onto the plates. Lock them in place securely—these four pillars are the backbone of your lighting truss arch booth.

Now, you're ready to rise.

Step 2: Top Corners First – The Foundation of the Arch

Here’s where it gets fun. Install one ST-UJB-12 universal junction block on top of each vertical truss post.

Next, attach a 1/4 arc truss (F34 SQ-C4-90) to each of the four ST-UJB-12s.

You’ve now got that sweeping curve look starting to take shape—this is what makes your display booth truss a showstopper.

Then, at the opposite end of each arc, connect another ST-UJB-12 junction block. This forms the curved perimeter of your top arch frame.

Step 3: Assemble the Center Rectangle on Top

Now connect the top central frame, forming a sturdy rectangle across the midsection of the arch.

• Use the 6.56 ft F34 Box Truss to span the front and back, connecting the ST-UJB-12 blocks in each pair.
  
• Connect an 8.2 ft Box Truss between the left-side ST-UJB-12s.
  
• Then add another 8.2 ft Box Truss between the right-side ST-UJB-12s.
  

That gives you a center rectangle—strong, square, and ready to support lights, banners, and action.

Step 4: Complete the Arch Frame with the Final 8.2’ Beams

Now let’s lock in the outer frame:

• Take the remaining two 8.2 ft Box Trusses and place one on the leftmost side and the other on the rightmost side, perpendicular to the front and back.
  
• These beams connect the outer ST-UJB-12 corners (where the arcs end) and complete the sleek arch silhouette.
