Step 1: Position the Base Plates

Start by placing the 7 base plates in their correct positions:

• Four base plates at the corners (front-left, front-right, back-left, and back-right).
• Three base plates evenly spaced along the back side to support the extra vertical posts.

Step 2: Install the Vertical Posts

Attach the 7 vertical 8.2 ft Global Truss F34 Box Trusses onto the base plates:

• Four vertical trusses go at the corners.
• Three additional vertical trusses are positioned evenly across the back to support the back horizontal trusses.

🔧 Ensure all trusses are properly secured for a solid, wobble-free foundation.

Step 3: Attach the ST-UJB-12 Junction Blocks

Each vertical post will have an ST-UJB-12 universal junction block on top:

• 4 ST-UJB-12 junction blocks at the four corners.
• 3 ST-UJB-12 junction blocks on the back vertical posts (spaced evenly).

This setup will allow us to connect the horizontal trusses securely.

💡 Alternate Option: If you want to build the top structure on the ground first, use the ST-UJB-12 junction blocks to connect the horizontal trusses before lifting and attaching it to the vertical posts.

Step 4: Assemble the Top Structure on the Ground

Instead of attaching the top trusses while standing on ladders (and risking back pain 😆), we’ll build the top frame on the ground first.

1. Connect the Left and Right Side Trusses

• Attach one 7.38 ft Global Truss F34 Box Truss between the front-left and back-left ST-UJB-12 junction blocks to form the left side of the top frame.
• Attach another 7.38 ft Global Truss F34 Box Truss between the front-right and back-right ST-UJB-12 junction blocks to form the right side of the top frame.

2. Connect the Back Horizontal Trusses

• Install four 8.2 ft Global Truss F34 Box Trusses between the three middle ST-UJB-12 junction blocks and the back-left and back-right ST-UJB-12 junction blocks to complete the back horizontal truss structure.

🔧 Double-check that all truss connections are tight and secure!

Step 5: Lift the Top Structure and Attach It to the Vertical Posts

Now comes the fun (and slightly challenging) part—lifting the top structure and attaching it to the vertical posts.

🚀 You'll need at least 3-4 people and step ladders for this step.

• Carefully lift the assembled top frame and align it with the ST-UJB-12 junction blocks on top of the vertical trusses.
• Secure each corner and back connection one by one to ensure a stable fit.
• The left and right side trusses should be perpendicular to the back horizontal trusses, forming a rigid structure.

Once all trusses are properly connected, your trade show booth frame is complete! 🎉

Step 6: Final Checks & Adjustments

Before calling it a day, perform a stability check to ensure everything is secure:

✅ Tighten all truss connections to prevent shifting.
