• 1x WIREROPE9 – 9 FT. Round Sling with Aircraft Cable Inside

• 2x HINGE/M12-L/88MM – Left 88mm Hinge

• 2x HINGE/M12-R/88MM – Right 88mm Hinge

• 1x Global Truss SQ-4110 12" Aluminum Box Truss 1.64 ft.

• 2x Global Truss SQ-4113 12" Aluminum Box Truss 8.2 ft.

For the top rectangular structure (that connects all four towers):

• 8x Global Truss SQ-4113 12" Aluminum Box Truss 8.2 ft. (2 per side, connected by GT-BLOCK Sleeve Blocks at the four corners).

(Note: The CHAIN HOIST30 – 1 Ton, 30 ft. Manual Chain Hoist is usually included, but is currently out of stock and not part of this package.)

Step 1: Setting the Foundation

Every great stage truss system starts from the ground up.

1. Place a 44BS-1 Ground Support Base at each corner of your 19' x 19' footprint.

2. Attach the GT-492145-1 Outriggers with Stabilizer Arms to each base. These keep your towers stable and prevent unwanted wobbles as the system goes vertical.

This base setup ensures your lighting truss structure will remain steady once the towers and top frame are lifted.

Step 2: Building the Towers

Here’s how to build each tower to full 18.04 ft. height:

1. Place the 1.64 ft. Global Truss SQ-4110 aluminum box truss vertically on top of the base.

2. Slide the GT-BLOCK Sleeve Block down over this 1.64 ft. truss section. This piece is crucial—it’s what connects your tower to the top truss square later.

3. On top of the 1.64 ft. truss (inside the sleeve block), connect your hinges (2x left + 2x right, 88mm). These allow you to tilt the tower safely when raising it.

4. Stack two 8.2 ft. Global Truss SQ-4113 aluminum box trusses above the hinges to build height.

5. Cap it all with the GT-TOP/CM Top for Chain Motor.

Now you’ve got one completed 18.04 ft. stage truss tower. Repeat for all four corners.

Step 3: Building the Top Horizontal Truss Square

Before raising the towers upright, assemble the top structure on the ground:

• Lay out two 8.2 ft. trusses per side (8 total) to form a 19' x 19' square.

• Connect each side at the corners using the GT-BLOCK Sleeve Blocks on the towers.

• Once connected, you’ve got your complete top horizontal lighting truss frame, ready to fly.

This is the part that will hold your DJ truss lighting, LED walls, or banners—making your setup look as professional as it gets.

Step 4: Raising the System

Now it’s time for the lift!

1. With enough crew support, tilt each tower upright using the hinges for controlled movement.

2. Lock the towers in place and make sure the outriggers with stabilizer arms are firmly tightened.

3. Use your shackles and 9 ft. round sling for safe rigging connections.

4. If you have a chain motor (or manual chain hoist), connect it to the GT-TOP/CM and raise the sleeve blocks, lifting the entire top square to your desired height.

At this point, your multi-tower ground support stage truss system is standing strong and ready for action.
