STEP 1: Build the Outer Circle (30.47 ft)

Lay down four SQ-4137 base plates in perfect N-E-S-W orientation.

Assemble the SQ-C9-30 arcs and insert the SQ-UJB-12 junction blocks at each directional point. Secure everything using ST-UJB/C-12 ½” Couplers with Alien Bolts, locking down:

• Arc-to-junction block connections
• Junction block-to-arc return connections

The Alien Bolt couplers create an ultra-tight union, eliminate micro-shifts, and improve load distribution — essential for any large lighting truss or stage trussing installation.

Your final outer ring diameter = 30.47 ft.

STEP 2: Build the Inner Circle (14.07 ft)

Inside the outer circle, place four more base plates at N-E-S-W.

Assemble the SQ-C4-90 small arcs, insert the four SQ-UJB-12 junction blocks, and secure all connections using your ST-UJB/C-12 ½" Alien Bolt Couplers.

Your inner circle is now a perfect 14.07 ft diameter structure — stable, compact, and ideal for LED centerpieces, hologram rigs, product demos, or brand activation pods.

STEP 3: Install the 8 Vertical F34 Truss Posts

Bolt the 8 × F34 9.02 ft vertical truss posts onto each base plate:

• 4 for the outer circle
• 4 for the inner circle

Use ST-UJB/C-12 couplers to lock each vertical truss firmly into its base-side junction block connection.

These couplers greatly increase overall rigidity — crucial once overhead lighting truss, banners, or LED loads are applied.

This brings your height to 9.97 ft.

STEP 4: Raise & Secure the Inner Circle

With enough helpers (and ladders), lift the complete 14.07 ft inner ring.

Attach the ring to the tops of the four vertical posts using the SQ-UJB-12s and your Alien Bolt couplers for maximum rigidity and vibration resistance.

STEP 5: Raise & Secure the Outer Circle

Now lift the 30.47 ft outer ring and secure it to the top of the four outer vertical posts.

This ring becomes the main structural and visual frame of your display booth truss design.

Using Alien Bolt couplers eliminates rotational drift and ensures perfect symmetry across the entire booth.

STEP 6: Build & Install the 7.25 ft Connector Beams

Create four connector beams:

**1 × 6.56 ft F34 truss
+
1 × 0.69 ft SQ-2921 spacer

7.25 ft finished beam**

Use ST-UJB/C-12 ½" Alien Bolt Couplers so the truss and spacer behave as a single rigid unit.

Attach each completed beam between the outer and inner junction blocks (N-E-S-W).
Secure both ends with Alien Bolt couplers for maximum load strength and perfectly aligned geometry.
